INSTRUCTIONS
TO THE CANDIDATES FOR FILLING ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
1. Online
Application is spread over different sections designed to capture information
related to Personal Details, Mailing Address, Educational Qualification,
Experience, Other Details for claim category etc. of candidates. All details
should be filled for Registration. Before filling up the Online Application,
candidates are advised to read carefully details mentioned under Instructions
& Information for candidate link.

Log on to http://hssc.gov.in to access the home page to Apply Online.
3.
Click the hyperlink “APPLY JOB ONLINE” The link would display the advertisement
details of the vacancies along with Apply Online link.
4.
Select “Apply Online” against the advertisement/post for which you wish to
apply and fulfill the requisite eligibility conditions.
5.
Clicking on “Apply Online” link would take you to common instruction page.
After reading common instructions select “Apply Online”.
6.
If you have applied already you can enter your Registration ID and password to
take re-print of your submitted application form and bank challan.
7.
If you are already registered with website of HSSC, you are required to enter
your Registration ID of and password to get the copy of submitted application
form and bank challan.
8.
In case you are not registered, you are requested to register yourself with by
clicking “Apply Online”.
9.
Clicking on “Apply Online” would take you to the page where you are required to
enter mandatory items of your personal details like Name, Father’s Name,
Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Address, Other Details, Education Qualifications,
Experience, Claim Category Etc.

Details
Here
the system asks for Name of the Post which the candidate has to apply.
Personal
Details
Here
the system asks for Personal Details namely ‘Candidate Name’,
‘Father’s/Husband’s Name’, ‘Mother’s Name’, ‘Date of Birth’. The information provided at the time of
registration is of permanent nature and non-modifiable.
Mailing Address Details
Here
system asks for the mailing address details, provide your mailing address
details carefully its helps for you future correspondence. The information provided at the time of
registration is of permanent nature and non-modifiable.
Other
Details
Here
system asks for the ‘Nationality’, ‘Sex’, ‘Marital Status’, ‘Claim Category
Details’, ‘Contact Number’, ‘Email ID’ etc., provide your details carefully its
helps for you future evaluation. The information provided at the time of registration is of permanent
nature and non-modifiable.
Educational
Qualification(s)
Here
system asks for details of your educational qualification(s). You are required
to provide details of 10th/high school, 12th/Intermediate /SSC qualification, ITI/Vocational,
Diploma and Graduation/Post Graduation qualification. However, here the system
captures data with regard to qualifications under board/university,
subject/stream, passing year, marks obtained, total marks and division. The
candidate, as he/she may desire, fill up his/her educational data in educational
qualification head in a proper manner.
Note:
In Educational Qualification section if you fill your Qualification(s) details
incorrect, you may also be liable for rejection/debarment from HSSC.
Experience
Details
Here
system asks for details of your employment/ experience. You are required to
provide Organization Name, Designation, From & To Date, Total Experience,
Nature of Duties & Salary Per Month, you can add as many experience details
as you wish by adding one at a time. Experience details are to be filled in
chronological order.
Document
to be Attached (Educational, Experience & Claim Category Certificate(s)
Only)
In
this module, a candidate need to select the field which he/she is enclosing
with the printed copy of application form, who is claiming for education
qualification, experience and claim category etc.
Upload
of Scanned Photograph and Signature
Read
carefully section guidelines for scanning the photograph & signature before
uploading.
Submit
After
successful submission/ submit of application form your registration no. and
password will be generated. Take print out or note down the registration no.
and password for future reference of your application status and for Reprinting
of your online filled form. Take printout of your application form and fee
challan.
Fee Payment
Pay
in Cash at any branch of State Bank of Patiala through the challan generated by
the Online Application system.
The Fees(s ) paid shall not be
refunded under any circumstances nor can the fee(s) be held in reserve for any
other application or examination or selection.
Note:-
Deposit fee after 48 hours of challan generation in any branch State Bank
